Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater

Not working for me, high end PC, splash screen loads then goes to black screen and that’s it, black screen disappears..


Any ideas ?

I have the same problem on my AMD system. game starts, loading screen for maybe 5 seconds then it closes.

Once installed the game works fine, but there is shader compiling or some shit happening on 1st boot. There is just a black screen. I waited a good 5mins until it changed to a title splash screen and setup appears in the bottom right hand corner. Just be patient and it should work. Check your HDD has enough space as well.

This shit works fine. Just wait till shader compiling is done on loading screen.

Thanks a lot. Works fine here. Only about 2 minute of fans blowing fully while a blue circle moves on a black screen. I guess that is the shader optimization, although no info is given. After that the game runs good on ultra.

Update, I reinstalled and even set the shader cache to unlimited and still it won’t compile and game won’t even start. I turned of msi afterburner and same result.

Really weird one, even COD games compile shaders just fine.

OK finally figured it out and it may help others, i searched the web and found that if you have Anti-Virus on your machine.

Disable it and test if the game works, if it works then do the following.

Add an exception for the threat defence for all 3 binaries in the game folder...

All the 3 binaries are in the game folder.

Ran and installed the game. Ran it. Initial display is WS, then black for a while (rendering without message) Then the games starts. All screens (not WS) are old school graphics despite the promise new graphics. The game itself Can't cope with a 2560x1080 setting despite full screen and 2560x1080. It's still not using this setting that it should be. A new version 1.1.2. is available but does not fix that problem either. Graphics seems at a low setting despite DLSS and Ultra is turned on. Games still needs fixing. It don't for fill the promise they made. Better graphics etc. It is not done playing a game in a smaller frame then it could be according to the settings. The render part is not seen at other games that show only a delay at the first time when run. This is also a not done part especially it does not show any progress meter how far it is in is. On slower machines it can take up several minutes. In my case some 15 seconds. Game is playable but not in the way I expected it to be. A "fix" MGSDeltaFix_0.0.2.rar didn't solve the problems either. So further ingame fixes are needed...

How hard would it be to add in the password to the NZB file? Your site use to do this and it made files that are downloaded with programs like Newsbin Pro automatically extract the files when they were finished. Now, this requires manual intervention. Meaning the files must be extracted manually.

i've got a tip about the game because there is a bug about the car that sets on fire when you hit just 1 or 2 zombies. just go the site » https://nexusmods.com/ and make an account and then search for Dying Light the beast and on page 5 you can find a mod called indestructible car dowload the file and copy the content to the directory what the instructions say and you have a completly indestructible car. works on all cars in the game. HAVE FUN
