Racing Team Manager

RTL Racing Team Manager is a managerial simulation where the player is responsible for the sporting and financial success of his Formula 1 team. As usual for these games, the player has various options at his disposal to influence the outcome, such as searching for sponsors, team tactics, merchandise, hiring new drivers or employees and assembling and research of the racing cars. Every driver has seven stats, such as intelligence or experience, which influence his performance. These may be improved in training sessions or after successful races.
