Pole Position 2010: Management Simulation is a managerial simulation where the player is responsible for the athletic and financial success of his formula 1 team. As usual for this games the player has various options to his disposal to influence the future, e.g. searching for sponsors, team tactics, merchandise, hire new drivers or employees and assembling and research of the racing cars. Constructing buildings on the team grounds gives bonuses. Every driver has stats which influence his performance. These may be improved in training sessions or after successful races.
