Two years ago, the young Japanese inventor Hayao Maelström came to France and settled in a quiet countryside. One day, he suddenly received an invitation personally signed by Nikola Tesla, inviting him to attend the once-in-a-decade scientific gathering at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
