The DLC 'The Virtuous Cycle' was free at the time of FLT's pre and still is free at the time of our pre because it was not and currently is not possible to spend money on this DLC on any of the major stores (Steam, Epic, GOG). Free DLC cannot be raced, FLT's release is invalid.
